The AC97 Sample Driver crashes ReactOS

When installing the driver in ReactOS or using a bootcd that has it included and restarting, it crashes the OS. The debug logs I made and the source code used to compile it via WDK 7.1.0's Windows Server 2003 Build Environment (x86) (Checked) are attached. It almost works in Windows Server 2003 (there are no crashes but it only produces a static noise when trying to play audio). I am also attaching a version of the source that can be compiled via VS2019 + ROSBE (with configure -DRUNTIME_CHECKS=0 ran before running ninja bootcd).
