    Description

      Using ROS : 0.4.15-dev-140-g8c59705

      Open Folder properties > Change Icon

      Select an icon. Scroll with mouse wheel (not keyboard)

      Redering gets quickly incorrect (icons split and duplicated)

      Log gets massively spammed with

      (win32ss/user/ntuser/cursoricon.c:1929) err: NtGdiAlphaBlend failed!
