sporadic issue, Microsoft Office Professional 2003 Installer: Caption bar transparency

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.14-dev-1404. VBox 5.2.38 without GA installed.

      In the background, a folder that contains setup files is open.

      When setup is first started, caption bar is drawed over with icons. Moving setup temporarily fixes the bar. However, when you pass to later stages (e.g EULA, selecting components) with similar setup window position, this bug occurs again.

      Note: IIRC this did not happen in 0.4.13-dev builds.
