Taskbar right-click menu bug

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.14-dev-1404.

      I have one program open (example Word 2003) and I am in the desktop. First, I right-click an empty area in the taskbar and menu shows up correctly. Then, while menu is still active, I right-click over Word's button again and Restore/Size/Close... menu does not show. To do so, I need to get rid of previous menu first.
