Word 2003 does not create a graph

CORE-15604 is now blocked. ReactOS 0.4.14-dev-1404.

When I attempted to insert a graph into a new Word document (Insert-Pictures-Graph), Word froze (first pic), until I clicked twice to Start Button after 5 minutes. (to check if there's a messaging bug or something) Then, Word threw up a message box (pic 2) I clicked into "Switch To...", finally Word threw up an error and Task Manager opened up with corrupted display (pic 3). After clicking OK, graph briefly showed and closed, and I returned to blank Word page as normal.

If I wait less for clicking Start, then error simply appears. "Retry" does nothing also.
