WSPAcceptEx: cannot listen to TCP socket in Go applications

Hello, I have my own small telnet shell server written in Go.
It's very basic - just listens to some TCP socket and redirects stdin/out of process to connection and vice-versa.

On Windows 7, application works fine but on ReactOS 0.4.13 I get following error (source line):

accept tcp 0.0.0.0:10000: acceptex: invalid argument

Although I selected "Windows 7" or "Windows XP" in compatibility tab of file properties, issue still present.
On Windows XP application is working file.

Environment: ReactOS 0.4.13 on VMware workstation 15
