CDRoller old version 5.21 does not detect any CD or DVD media

CDRoller old version 5.21 does not detect any CD media....
Cause it is old version its requirements are Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP , so I suppose that it could have old non-PNP disk driver support but it does not work.

Note that time clock must be fitted to 2004 for example in order to install it, otherwise the installer will refuse to start the installing process.
