Test KVM hangs after shell32:DragDrop

After the switch to RosBE 2.2, TestKVM started to fail quite often. One of the frequent hangs is after shell32:DragDrop test - sometimes it take many times longer than during a "usual" build (170sec vs 4sec) and VM stops executing any further tests.

Logs from 12 crashes since build 26682 (12 crashes with this test out of 75) are attached.
Note that output differs from test to test, sometimes it's small, sometimes it's large.
