Openning "System Properties" many times lead to HEAP alloc fail and BSOD on shutdown

reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-142-gc276681-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

• Launch System Properties many (~20) times
• At some point, incorrectly renders. Log shows :

(win32ss/user/ntuser/class.c:1242) err: Failed to allocate class on Desktop 0xB487EDE0

(win32ss/user/ntuser/class.c:1571) err: UserRegisterClass: Yes, that is right, you have no Class!

(sdk/lib/rtl/heap.c:1901) HEAP: Allocation failed!

• Then CTRL+ALT+DEL => Shutdown => BSOD

2 GB RAM, no other application running
