Esential tool to aid in the installation of software with 16-bit launchers under ROS.
" InstallSheild Engine 3.0 - This is the file the 16-bit launcher extracts from inst32i.ex. Place it in a WRITABLE folder with the rest of the installation files, and run this instead of setup.exe.
Only for use with applications packaged with InstallShield 3"
Because Win16 installers cannot be runned yet on ReactOS, tools like this one are so important to bypass unsupported 16 bits to 32bits supported .
