Apisets Pseudo-Regression, Minecraft Crashes, when Vista+ apisets get exposed based on manifest

    Description

      When launching Minecraft, either after installing, or with the executable downloaded from Minecraft.net, I get the error in the attached screenshot.

      ReactOS 0.4.15-dev

      The issue is already workarounded in our official releases by this workaround.
