Description
The Board is a Biostar M6VBE, XP and Win7 run on it fine. (my transcend 32GB CF card has tribleboot and appears as a fixed disk)
The issue is that while writing to the CF card in 1st stage the system completely locks up, with the HD LED being and staying on! No response via debug console
Install runs via RAM boot from USB.
If I install from another CF on the secondary channel, its HD LED also often locks up for about 1 second, then it seems to re-init and continues until the primary locks up again forever.
I also enabled full uniata debug, it runs for 2 hours to even reach 50% install in 1st stage without problems, at this point it already would have locked up several times without debug mode.
I tried to catch something with tab-k, no chance. I also disabled UDMA and IDE prefetch in bios giving no improvement.
The only thing left is to try is a normal spinning harddisk or a different CF card
