USB stick no longer recognized on HP Compaq 8510p notebook

    Description

      Installed ReactOS-0.4.14-RC-24-g198b61e.iso on my HP Compaq 8510p notebook.

      With the previous 0.4.13 release USB worked well (for the first time), pluggin and unplugging USB sticks did not cause issues.

      With 0.4.14, however, when USB sticks are attached, they don't show up in the explorer. The USB mouse works, however. The sticks can be removed without anything happening either. The very same USB sticks work on a Windows notebook.
