DHCPServer.de can't assign an IP-address

      ReactOS-0.4.15-dev341

      I install free (don't opensource) DHCP server v2.5.2 -  https://www.dhcpserver.de/cms/download/

      Server are installed and running.

      But, it can't assign an address. In tray appears info about "to client assignment a IP", but client don't get it.
