_wcserror_s is missing from msvcrt.dll

    Description

      _wcserror_s is missing from msvcrt.dll. That and other functions are needed for Deltree and other programs to work properly. The code for it and the other functions is already included in ReactOS (_wcserror_s is found in https://github.com/reactos/reactos/blob/893a3c9d030fd8b078cbd747eeefd3f6ce57e560/sdk/lib/crt/string/strerror.c#L165). Deltree and its source are attached.
