Can't bypass "Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to begin." dialog

    Description

      This is reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-389-gf6d2b34-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.

      Occured after installing noto sans cjk jp fonts. Reinstalling ReactOS by update don't help. Ctrl-Alt-Delete have no effect.
