Socket reading returns STATUS_PENDING when network connection is very fast

My setup:

ReactOS 0.4.15-dev (Build 20210321-0.4.15-dev-2218-g4cd92f0.GNU_8.4.0)
QEMU KVM 2.5 machine with 256 MB RAM

This is my remote test machine in a Datacenter with class 1 connection, this is the only place where I found this problem.

ReactOS AFD driver returns STATUS_PENDING when reading buffers greater than 8kb.

Applications like dwnl, ftp and others keeps waiting forever because socket reading cannot complete.

I was unable to reproduce this on my home internet connection.
I cannot change anything on the machine settings.
Please help me.
