Regression: ReactOS have wrong behavior and BSOD

Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Install ReactOS from the BootCD in VirtualBox with PIIX3 IDE controller (this is not reproducible with AHCI) . First step installation and second step.

2. After that, reboot or shutdown the system.

3. Once it starts again, you will see a BSOD.
