wdmaud.drv (from the audio-bringup branch on svn repo) causes programs to crash

When, I use the wdmaud.drv that I compiled from the audio-bringup branch on ReactOS' svn repo (available at revision 50001 of https://svn.reactos.org/reactos/branches/audio-bringup), it fixes CORE-17165 and related tickets but then causes Cave Story, etc. to crash when they are closed after they have played audio. The resolved debug log is attached.
