Ext2 filesystem corruption

ReactOS 0.4.15-dev (Build 20200814-0.4.15-dev-509-g96a357b)

STR:

• Create 1GiB partition and format as Ext2
• In the root directory of the Ext2 volume, use a single "md" command to create two nested folders

Result:

Error reported by "md" command, and fsck.ext2 under Linux reports a corrupt file system.

If two separate "md" commands are used, all is fine.

I also tried to debug this issue by enabling debug output in the ext2 driver, but as soon as I enable "DL_INF", the issue vanishes magically.

Under Win2k3 with Ext2Fsd-0.69 installed no command error is reported and no file system corruption occurs.
