Open File Dialog should not display shortcuts that link to unsupported file types

      Browse for background files. Select shortcut to .txt file or .ico, both are accepted. The same can be tested with sound file selection in Sounds scheme configuration dialog.

      Only supported file types shall be added to the list.

      Windows XP checks that shortcut links to supported file extension:
