Device Manager - Minor bug with double click on expand [+] icon.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open the device manager.
2. Select one device in one category.
3. Then, make double click in any of the expand icons ([+]).
4. The properties of the selected device is opened. The category expanded temporary, but when you close the Properties of the device windows, it collapses.

It happens in ReactOS and in Windows with the devmgmt.exe from ReactOS 0.4.15 dev523 g535e262 x86 gcc.
