Explorer needs refresh after creating restricted folders

Steps

1. Open Explorer on directory where you want to create folder with restricted folder names (like CON, PRN, NUL, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, LPT9, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9)
2. Open CMD in this directory
3. Type: md LPT1\

Actual

You see file created instead of folder in Explorer. Need to refresh Explorer to see folder icon

Expected

Don't need to refresh Explorer. Folder icon is created right after creating it inside CMD

EDIT:
You also need to refresh Explorer after creating new files inside folders with "restricted" names...
