Startup crash after installing VBox GA with 256 MB video memory

VirtualBox 6.1.12

Steps

1. Increase video memory to 256 MB (via https://askubuntu.com/questions/587083/virtualbox-how-to-increase-video-memory/1132297#1132297):
   1. Set monitor count to 8
   2. Set video memory to 256 MB
   3. Set monitor count back to 1 and save settings
2. Install ReactOS
3. Install VirtualBox Guest Additions and restart ROS after installation

Actual

ROS crash at startup

Expected

ROS will startup without crash
