Wrong management of file/folder properties dialog "close" commands

• Open Explorer, go to "c:"
• Right click > Properties on "FreeLdr.ini" file
• "FreeLdr.ini" properties opens
• Right click > Properties on "ReactOS" folder
• "ReactOS" properties opens
• Try to close "FreeLdr.ini" properties => Nothing happens
• Try to close "ReactOS" properties => Both dialog gets closed
