zipfldr, can not extract a specific zip (compression method 6)

This bug affects 0.4.15-dev-723-g7624a98 gcc 8.4.0 dbg win.
And this bug also affects 0.4.14-RC-35-gf1fed68 gcc 8.4.0 dbg win.

Expected result
zipfldr should be able to extract the following zip file

Observed result
It does not extract anything from it, it does just create the output folder.
Other zips can be extracted fine, just not this one. But the file is not password protected and other extractors like WinRAR do extract it fine.

Sidenote
If I remember correctly, it was even possible to extract that exact problematic zip file with zipfldr in the past, but I need to double-check that again, to be sure.
