      Reproduction steps

      • open servman and try to stop the "WlanSvc"

      Expected result
      it should stop after max 5seconds

      Observed result
      it hangs there for maybe 1minute and during that time effectively blocking any interaction with servman
      after maybe 1minute the following messagebox pops up after_maybe_1min.png

      0.4.15-dev-1079-gbb8cb67_WlanSvcNoStop.webm demonstrates that Wlansvc does not stop immediately, but shows that other services can be stopped fine.
