Little Shutdown glitch when pressing shutdown in start menu.

Hello,

When we open the shutdown dialog from the start menu, we have a glitch:

A remaining start menu chunk on the start bar.

To reproduce the glitch:

1. Open start menu.
2. Click on Shutdown.
3. The dialog box will appear and the little glitch will appear.

My hardware configuration ( VirtualBox ):

• Video VGA 128 Mo + 3D Acceleration
• Windows Server 2003 ( 32-bit )
• PIIX3 Chipset
• PS/2 Mouse
• 1 CPU
• IDE PIIX4: CD-Drive and HDD
• ICH AC97 Sound Output
• Bridged Network
• USB and COM1 ( For debug file )

Tested Version: 202001003-0.4.15-dev-1086-g5bb36e9.GNU_8.4.0
