Regression, many installers that should have only 1 taskbar pane, now have 2 of them erroneously

    Description

      This affects many installers from rapps,
      I decided to report against the installer of "Double Commander 0.8.2beta", because it is small and downloads fast.

      Expected result
      2k3sp2_ok_1pane.webm
