Description
When resizing the command prompt window, it also resizes the desktop.
HP Compaq nc6120 laptop (https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-compaq-nc6120-notebook-pc/447346/document/c00287986).
0.4.15-dev-1126-g58b0558f94-bootcd (it also does this in an earlier version).
Steps to produce:
1. Open a command prompt window.
2. Go to the icon in the top left corner and click on it.
3. Select Properties.
4. Then check Full Screen and OK.
5. Then check Apply Properties to current window only.
The command prompt window will now resize to full screen, but underneath the desktop as had it's resolution set back to 640x480.
