[Virtual PC 2004] UniATA v0.46+: Near permanent "random" crashes during boot

This ticket is very likely a duplicate of CORE-12441. (Thanks to CircularTriangle06 for the guilty rev there!)
But better keep them separate until fixed.

• r71252 (includes v0.46d7): Regressed.

• with same v45j5 plus CORE-6774 uniata_v45j5_to_v45j10.diff: Still works fine.
• with same v45j5 plus CORE-9119 uniata_v45j5_to_v46.diff: Already regressed.
• with official BusMaster_v46_src: (Identical to the patches).
