reproducible WIN32K BSOD 0x50 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA when doing GPU detection in Diablo II shareware (with VBoxDisp + 3d acceleration)

0.4.15-dev-1527-g9587fe1 gcc 8.4.0 win RosBE2.2.1
on VBox 4.3.12 with 1000MB RAM spent to VM, 32MB VideoRAM spent.
The 2checkboxes in VBox for 2D and 3D acceleration were both enabled.
I installed the VBox guest additions in safe mode to get the VBoxDisp.sys graphics driver with video acceleration. Then rebooted in normal mode and chose 32bpp 1024x768.

Then I installed Diablo II demo from rapps. And exactly when it did its GPU detection
I got a WIN32K BSOD 0x50 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I translated the backtrace with loglines already, but have not tried yet, how good that is reproducible.
