TPageControl shows wrong position and no text in WinManage.

    Description

      Software tested: WinManage 1.0 Delphi app based attached (here)winmng.zip
      ReactOS version: bootcd-0.4.15-dev-1527-g9587fe1-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Expected behavior under Windows XP SP3:
      WinManage - WinXP - OK.png

      ReactOS failing behavior:
      WinManage - ROS 0.4.15 - Affected.png

      Log:
      WinManage - ROS.log

      Apart of the inverted color boxes (other ReactOS issue), there is an issue that is exactly the same that Wine have. TPageControl shows wrongly in WinManage, so in every Delphi app I guess. Vertical buttons are wrong, without the text and without the adequate dimensions.

      Is this a win32ss issue or win32k?
