Line Up Desktop Icons Feature also Requires you to Refresh

I have a clean install of React OS on a virtual machine. I found a GUI bug that likely isn't intended. As you can see in this video, the Line Up Icons feature does not work properly. When you use the button you must also select the Refresh option for changes to take effect. Simply pressing Line Up Icons is not enough.
