Flickering in Explorer window when running a batch file

When I run a batch file (that overwrites a file after writing it) and view the folder that the batch file is ran from via ReactOS Explorer, the ReactOS Explorer Window has flickering in it and also the mouse flickers when hovering over the window. In Windows Server 2003, there is no flickering in the mouse or window since the file's details aren't being updated automatically like they are in ReactOS.
