REGRESSION: Crash after installing VMware SVGA driver on shutdown after first restart

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.15-dev-2096-g6b2e79d.

      Installed ReactOS, installed VMware Tools only with SVGA driver, restarted, changed the resolution, got BSoD on shutdown. Debug log is attached.

      No last build working I remember in 0.4.15 builds (got various crashes), regression is in 0.4.14, I guess.
