Description
This causes Wine Gecko installation failure in 2nd stage setup.
Steps to reproduce and description of the issue:
1. Install ReactOS under VirtualBox, and on the second step of installation, try to install Wine Gecko. Installation fails because report no connection. You will see some image such like this:
2. The connection won't working until the 3rd reboot.
