Firefox 28/45 spams Querying unknown extension function in debug log

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.15-dev-2041-g73fd52a

      When I try to visit ghacks.net, etc. in either version of Firefox, the debug log is spammed with

      err:(dll/win32/msafd/misc/dllmain.c:2520) Querying unknown extension function: f689d7c8

      and the OS becomes very slow.
