NTFS support of ReactOS Setup

    Description

      It would be nice if ReactOS' Setup supported formatting as NTFS and writing the MBR/VBR to the partition that was formatted as NTFS. Those things should be made possible if it detects that Windows Server 2003 SP2's ntfs.sys is being used since it has better write support than the one provided by ReactOS.
