Right-Click My Documents and click Properties won't work

    Description

      This is very old bug.

      1. Right-Click "My Documents".
      2. Select "Properties..."
      3. Nothing happens.

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-291-g1b90e54-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.7z is not working.
      ReactOS-0.4.13-release-14-g2494cfc-iso.zip is not working.
      reactos-bootcd-0.4.12-dev-1082-ge0e5363-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.7z is not working.
      reactos-bootcd-0.4.8-dev-1017-g19737a2-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.7z is not working.
