1st stage setup shows full blue screen

    Description

      On 0.4.15-dev-2248-g3a14c97.

      The first stage setup displays a full blue screen. It looks like freezed. I consider this symptom a flaw in UX.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Perform the first stage setup with bootcd
      2. Once you selected to install bootloader for MBR and VBR, this blue screen happens for some seconds
      3. There is no indication of bootloader installation progress, then countdown progress bar appears

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CORE-17627 Regression, "Installing bootloader" does take about 30seconds for me now, while it used to take only about 2seconds
