Serial COM port name is not displayed in Device Manager (bootcd only)

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Install ReactOS from Boot CD
      • Run Device Manager either on 2nd stage (via F10 command-line) or on 3rd stage
      •  Serial communications port is here, but no port name assigned
      •  Live CD does not have this problem
      • Tested both cases with Standard HAL and ACPI HAL - does not affect

      In fact this is a regression.
