.NET Framework installers will be deleted soon

    Description

      Per the below URL, .NET Framework installers and bundles for versions 1.0 through 4.5.1 will be deleted from Microsoft‘s website on July 26th. Since newer versions won’t install on ReactOS currently, we need to mirror the older installers (probably via archive.org) and point the rapps listings to the mirror. I do not know how to do this myself, or I would have submitted a PR instead.
