An error occured in FreeLoader v3.0

I have installed ReactOS 0.4.13 stable release with the BootCD on a virtual machine using QEMU/KVM. The virtual machine has 20gb storage, 4gb RAM, and 8 logical CPUs. I was never able to boot to ReactOS due to another BSoD that I had not taken a screenshot of and cannot fully recall the details of, but it suggested restarting ReactOS in Safe Mode. I just tried that and now the error attached pops up any time I try any ReactOS boot option in or out of Safe Mode.
