Not possible to use Win32k.sys from 2k3sp2 along with Live CD

    Description

      Following reproduction steps from CORE-16479, but in this case it's possible to use UltraISO to replace drivers in livecd.iso.

      Booting up Live CD with replaced files results in bugcheck 0x000000B4 aka VIDEO_DRIVER_INIT_FAILURE while it normally works when replacing files in an installed OS. Tested on build 0.4.15-dev-2534-geba00d1.
