FileSystem corruption on FAT32 right after 3rd stage bootup after fresh install

I did a fresh installation of official reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-2460-ga825523-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso from iso.reactos.org.
on VBox 4.3.12 with 10.00GB fixed size .VHD.
During 1st stage setup I let it do a clean format of my partition (to FAT32).

Out of curiosity I checked the size of the ReactOS folder directly after the setup after it entered 3rd stage, and was quite surprised to see "ros folder being pretty large with 1.94GB" pretty_large.png

When I digged further to see which folder grew that much, I saw that I had FileSystem corruption, which in fact was causing that folder to be so big

Our storage stack of 0.4.15 is seriously fucked up and we definitely can not release anything like that!!!

The ticket is of random nature, reproducibility quick-estimation around 30%.
