Memory initialization failure (on older CPUs?)

    Description

      Tested 0.4.15-dev-2503-gb62f0d0 on old P54, it fails several asserts upon init of memory tables, leading to BSOD 0x00000007e

      Confirmed on:

      Debug log with manual translation attached.
