GCC base address recalculation

    Description

      Let's please recalculate the base-addresses for the GCC debug build!

      If you look into
      0.4.15-dev-2706-g3f60112_withOverlappingLoggingEnabled.log
      you will see that we already have many of them, e.g:
      comdlg32.dll vs shell32.dll
      winspool.drv & ole32.dll

      I will bring back the logging, because I think it is helpful.
      Maybe learn_more can recalculate the base-addresses afterwards.
