RocketDock version 1.3.5 asserts and BSODs ReactOS after the install.

    Description

      When trying to install RocketDock on the 0.4.15-dev-2790-ge8277e5 build after the installer finishes ReactOS asserts in ex.h. Attempting to ignore the assert leads to a 0x00000009 BSOD. Guest Additions are installed (without VBoxOGL). Included parts of the log from the time of me launching the installer.
