    Description

      Tested Geany 1.24 and Pidgin 2.14.1. Issue is not present on XP SP3, 0.4.13 and 0.4.14-RC-87-g7ce4d2a. ReactOS version used:

      0.4.15-dev-2785-gb3e9c89. Does not affect other themes.
